Developing Leaders in the Church and Marketplace - with Jason Kempf

In this episode, Jon and Les talk with Jason Kempf.  Jason serves on a pastoral team with one of his roles being that of overseeing the vision and strategy for his church along with leadership development.  In addition to his pastoral role, Jason is also the founder of exANIMO Solutions, a business that helps other organizations with leadership development and team/organizational culture.  

Jason is the host of the Leading is Serving Podcast, a show that provides resources and conversations for businesses and organizations promoting a people-first leadership, encouraging leaders to fight for the highest good of others and give back to their community.  In addition to his work with leadership development, Jason is also the founder of 6 String Creative, a social media management company for small businesses and nonprofits. 

Jason is also the founder of a new non-profit in his community called The Uncommons.  His dream is to eventually build a space in the community for coworking/shared office space, event space, and a gathering space with multiple food and drink options.
