In this episode Jon and Les have a conversation with Sean Benesh. Sean co-authored the book Part-Time Pastoring: Leading God’s People by Integrating Faith and Work. Not only does Sean serve as a pastor/church planter, he also has developed multiple other streams of income through various skills, passions, and abilities that God has given him.
In the backstage portion of this episode Sean explains his statement from his book that “many full-time church planters and pastors spend a good chunk of their time doing stupid things.” (It’s a time management conversation.)
